Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MasterLi operates the LaserNestDesignsART brand, which creates and sells digital laser-cutting and CNC design files. The App is an internal, single-user tool operated only by LaserNestDesignsART to publish original organic content to our own Pinterest business account.

Our public shop is available atlasernestdesignsart.etsy.com.

2. Information we process

Depending on how the website or App is used, we may process:

• Pinterest account identifiers and basic account information made available through the official Pinterest API;
• board names, board identifiers, Pin identifiers, and publishing status needed to select a board and manage our own Pins;
• Pin titles, descriptions, media URLs, destination URLs, scheduled publishing times, and related content supplied to the App;
• OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the authorized Pinterest connection;
• limited technical logs, such as timestamps and error messages, required for reliability and security; and
• optional website analytics data when a visitor expressly allows analytics cookies through our consent banner.

The App does not request or store Pinterest passwords or session cookies. It does not scrape Pinterest or access unrelated Pinterest users.

3. How we use information

We process information only as necessary to:

• authenticate our Pinterest business account through OAuth;
• create, schedule, publish, and monitor our original Pins;
• select and manage the boards used for our content;
• diagnose errors, protect the App, and prevent misuse; and
• understand and improve website performance when analytics consent is granted.

We do not sell personal information, use Pinterest data for advertising profiles, or publish content on behalf of the general public.

4. Pinterest authorization

The App connects through Pinterest’s official OAuth authorization flow. Access is limited to the permissions required for our internal publishing workflow. Authorization may be revoked through the connected Pinterest account at any time.

Revoking authorization prevents future API access. Pins already published to Pinterest may remain on Pinterest until they are deleted from the Pinterest account.

5. Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only when necessary to operate the website and App. This may include Pinterest, our hosting provider, our automation platform, and technical service providers acting on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the security of the service.

6. Retention and deletion

OAuth credentials and Pinterest integration data are kept only while the connection is active or while reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App. Content and technical records are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer required, subject to applicable legal obligations.

A request to access, correct, or delete App-managed information can be sent through our Etsy shop contact channel. We will respond within a reasonable period and, where applicable, complete deletion within 30 days.

7. Cookies and analytics

Necessary browser storage may be used to remember privacy choices. Google Analytics is enabled only after the visitor selects “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled. Visitors may change their choice using the Privacy settings button displayed on the website.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect credentials and other information. OAuth tokens are treated as confidential and access to the App is restricted to its authorized operator. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the visitor’s country. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate contractual and legal safeguards for such processing.

10. Children

The website and App are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
